MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions govern your membership with Noble Alliance and constitute a binding agreement between you and Noble Alliance (the “Association”).
By joining Noble Alliance, you affirm your commitment to these terms and to the Association’s Statutes and Internal Regulations, which collectively outline the rights and responsibilities of all members. We are grateful for your support and dedication to our shared mission.
Introduction
By becoming a member of Noble Alliance, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please take a moment to review this document carefully and keep a copy for your records.
You’ll find detailed information about membership categories, fees, benefits, and acknowledgments on our website. Additionally, your use of Noble Alliance’s website and services is governed by the following policies:
1. Membership Application
Membership is open to individuals and organizations who share our vision and wish to support Noble Alliance’s initiatives. Applications can be submitted via our membership section or by contacting us at team@noblealliance.org.
Eligibility Criteria
To join, applicants must:
1. Accept the Association’s Charter of Values and Guiding Principles.
2. Demonstrate a commitment to ethics and integrity.
3. Show a willingness to contribute to the development of the Association.
Applicants must also be at least 18 years old. Members with voting rights are expected to maintain impeccable integrity and a strong reputation.
We appreciate every application, though membership approval is at the discretion of the Board of Directors. If an application is not accepted, we will refund the submitted membership fee (minus any processing fees). Please note, however, that additional donations are non-refundable.
2. Membership Obligations
As a member of Noble Alliance, you agree to:
1. Adhere to the Association’s Statutes, Internal Regulations, and the decisions of its governing bodies.
2. Pay membership fees promptly.
3. Provide accurate and relevant information to process your membership.
Membership fees are determined annually by the Board of Directors. While fees are applicable to all members, the Board may consider extensions or accommodations in exceptional circumstances upon written request.
3. Pricing Policies
We strive to make membership accessible and rewarding by offering a variety of rates, including:

Discounted Rates: For long-term or pre-paid memberships.

Group Rates: For multiple memberships purchased together.

Promotional Rates: For limited-time offers.

Loyalty Rates: For members renewing continuously over the years.

Early Bird Rates: For memberships purchased before specific deadlines.

Partnership Rates: For those affiliated with partner organizations.

Family Rates: For families, including their pets.

Student Rates: Available upon presentation of valid student identification.
The Board reserves the right to adjust pricing policies. Rest assured, any promotional rates granted prior to a change will remain valid for the specified period.
4. Membership Renewal
Membership is valid for one year and renews automatically on the anniversary of your join date unless cancelled in writing as outlined in these terms.
5. Suspension and Termination of Membership
Membership status is contingent upon timely payment of fees.

Suspension: Membership benefits, including voting rights, are suspended if fees remain unpaid for over one month past their due date.

Termination: If fees are unpaid for three months, membership will be terminated. Rejoining requires a new application.
In exceptional cases, the Board may grant payment extensions. To request an extension, please contact us in writing, and we will assess your request with care.
6. Resignation and Refunds
We deeply value your contributions and understand that circumstances may change. Membership fees directly fund our mission and are therefore non-refundable. If you wish to resign, please notify the Board of Directors by registered mail or email team@noblealliance.org at least six (6) months before the end of the calendar year. This allows us to manage transitions smoothly while planning for the future.
Should an automatic renewal payment occur after notice of resignation, please contact team@noblealliance.org within 72 hours. We will review your request and assist wherever possible.
If a refund is issued in error, we kindly ask for your cooperation in returning the amount upon request to ensure the integrity of our processes.
