Noble Alliance accepts donations via credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, and other methods specified on our website or donation platforms.

All payments and donations are processed in Swiss Francs (CHF), unless otherwise stated.

 

1.3 Payment Confirmation: 

Upon successful payment, donors will receive a confirmation email or receipt.

All donations to Noble Alliance are unrestricted and support our general operations, programs, and initiatives as outlined on our website.

If a donor specifies a particular use for their donation, Noble Alliance will make reasonable efforts to honor the request. However, unrestricted donations offer the greatest flexibility to address critical and emerging needs aligned with our mission.

All donations will be acknowledged with a receipt for your records. Donors may also be recognized publicly on our website or in other communications unless they wish to remain anonymous.

 

3. Refunds

 

3.1 Refund Policy Overview: 

Donations are considered final upon receipt and are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be granted under exceptional circumstances, such as: 

• Fraudulent Transaction: If a donation was made without the donor’s consent. 

• Duplicate Donation: If a donor inadvertently made multiple donations. 

• Bank Processing Error: If a donation was incorrectly processed or charged due to an error by the bank or payment processor.

3.2 Refund Request Process: 

• Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of the donation date. 

• Submission Method: Requests should be sent via email to team@noblealliance.org or by registered mail to Noble Alliance Association, C/o Veltica Finance. 

• Required Information: Please include the donation details (date, amount, payment method) and the reason for the request.

3.3 Refund Review and Processing: 

• Noble Alliance will review refund requests and respond within 14 business days. 

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that any applicable transaction fees may not be refundable.

4. Privacy Policy and General Terms & Conditions Acceptance

4.1 Privacy Policy: 

By making a donation to Noble Alliance, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. Your personal information will be used in accordance with our privacy practices, which include processing your donation and maintaining communication with you about your support. 4.2 General Terms & Conditions: 

By making a donation, you also agree to abide by the General Terms and Conditions of Noble Alliance. These terms govern your interactions with the organization and its platforms, including the donation process.

5.1 Liability for Donations: 

Noble Alliance is committed to ensuring the proper use of donations in line with our mission. However, the organization is not responsible for any delays, errors, or issues beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: 

• Payment Processing Errors: Noble Alliance is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment processors, including but not limited to credit card processors, banks, or PayPal. 

• Technical Failures: Noble Alliance is not liable for any technical failures, network issues, or other online errors that may affect the donation process or donor experience.

5.2 Disclaimer of Endorsement: 

While we strive to honor donor-specific requests where feasible, Noble Alliance reserves the right to determine the allocation of funds in line with the overall mission of the organization. Donors acknowledge that donations are made without expectation of direct influence or control over the specific use of their contributions.

5.3 No Guarantee of Tax Deductions: 

Although we endeavor to provide information regarding the tax status of donations, Noble Alliance cannot guarantee that any donation will be tax-deductible unless specified by applicable law or when our tax-exempt status is confirmed.

5.4 Indemnification: 

By making a donation, donors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noble Alliance, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or liability arising from their donation or the use of our donation platform, except in cases of proven negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of Noble Alliance.

 

5.5 Force Majeure: 

Noble Alliance is not responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Donations Policy if the failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, governmental action, or other unforeseen events.

 

6. Changes to Payment, Refund, and Legal Terms
